We accept major credit/debit cards, Klarna, PayPal, and other secure payment options.
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
Standard delivery times range from 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Standard shipping is free. Express delivery costs vary depending on your location—please check the final price at checkout.
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking link via email.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes! We offer completely free returns to make your shopping experience as easy and worry-free as possible.
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unworn, in new condition, and include all original tags. Once the item is returned, it will be inspected to ensure it has not been worn.
Please note: Returns are only valid for orders placed on truereligion.se, truereligion.fi, truereligion.no, and truereligion.dk. Purchases made through physical stores or other retailers’, wholesalers’ or resellers’ websites cannot be returned online. Please contact the store of purchase for further assistance.
1. To receive your return label, please email customer@truereligion.se and include your name,email address, shipping address, phone number, and order number. Once we have received yourrequest, we will send you a return label via email.
2. Fill out this form and place it inside your return package.
3. Pack your item carefully – we can’t accept damaged or used returns.
4. Print your return label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the your nearest drop-offpoint.
5. Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please place a new order and return the original item. Once we receive your return, you’ll be refunded as usual. This is possible within 14 day after you got your order.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept exchanges or returns after 14 days.

To keep your True Religion jeans looking their best, follow these tips:
- Wash your jeans in cold water to prevent shrinking and fading. Be sure to turn your jeans inside out to protect the outer fabric.
- Air-dry your jeans by hanging them up or laying them flat to maintain their shape and quality.
